LifelineIQ grew fast. Every time an agency asked for something, we built it, and for a while that meant a new module. By this summer there were 18 of them, and some of the line between them only made sense to us.
So we cut it down to 14.
What changed
- Clinical now holds charting and QA together. A reviewer and the crew are looking at the same chart, so they should be in the same place.
- Logistics brings fleet, inventory, and IT into one workspace. The person checking a truck in usually cares about all three.
- Risk combines safety and compliance. Incidents, OSHA, exposure control, and policy work all report to the same people at most agencies.
- Schedule is its own workspace now, separate from People. Building coverage is a daily job. HR records are not.
Nothing was removed. Every page you used before is still there, just in a workspace that matches how agencies actually split the work.
Why it matters
When you open LifelineIQ, you should see the jobs your agency does, not the way our code is organized. Fourteen workspaces is easier to learn, easier to train, and easier to turn on one piece at a time.
If you are an existing customer, your links still work. If something feels like it is in the wrong place, tell us. That is how we got here.
