About LifelineIQ

We are building the system we wanted EMS teams to have.

Dispatch, patient care, staffing, quality, billing, assets, and leadership each keep their own workspace while sharing the history behind the work.

Why we exist

One call crosses the whole agency.

It begins with dispatch, becomes a clinical record, may trigger quality or safety work, reaches billing, and eventually appears in a leadership decision. The history should survive all of it.

We started in EMS revenue. Billers were spending too much time tracking down the story behind a claim, while agencies waited for reports that arrived after the useful moment had passed.

That problem was bigger than billing. The same call touches crews, clinical review, staffing, assets, patient service, and leadership. LifelineIQ grew from a simple idea: keep that work in one history and give each team the right way to use it.

One company, two connected offers

LifelineIQ is the product. Lifeline Revenue is the service.

Both are built and supported by Lifeline Strategies, LLC. Agencies can use the LifelineIQ software with their own teams, work with Lifeline Revenue for revenue-cycle services, or combine the two in one shared claim history.

How we build

Four promises we make to the people using LifelineIQ.

01

Start with the actual job

Sit with dispatchers, crews, reviewers, billers, supervisors, and leaders. Build the screen around what they need to do next.

02

Say what is true today

Show the current status, owner, and product capability plainly. If something is not there yet, say so.

03

Leave judgment with people

Software can organize the evidence and reduce repeat work. Experienced people still make the difficult call.

04

Keep the history intact

The next team should receive the record and its source details, not a stripped-down copy that forces them to start over.

No margin, no mission

Operational strength protects the ability to serve.

Software cannot do the mission. It can help the people responsible for it understand the situation sooner, know who owns it, and act while there is still time.
